The project plan focused on creating a scalable, user-friendly, and secure eLearning software development. Key requirements included a custom Learning Management System (LMS) supporting both desktop and mobile platforms, interactive learning experiences, and advanced tools for tracking engagement and performance metrics. The platform was to be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with Elastic Container Service (ECS) and auto-scaling to ensure high availability and security.

Challenges included ensuring scalability to handle a large user base, which was addressed with a microservice-based architecture. Data security during online assessments was enhanced with advanced proctoring tools. Optimizing MongoDB for high data transaction volumes involved improving query performance and indexing strategies. Additionally, building the right team was crucial, requiring skilled professionals capable of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Delivering the product to market quickly demanded efficient project management and agile development practices.
