The idea was to build a custom Learning Management System, a platform that reimagines eLearning with a focus on community-driven learning. The idea was a e-Learing platform that merges Udemy-style courses with LinkedIn-like social features. This comprehensive eLearning software caters to both learners and educators, featuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless payment options.

Project Plan / Requirements & Challanges

The project plan for Frinzap focused on creating an innovative, community-driven eLearning platform. Key requirements included a custom eLearning system supporting both desktop and mobile platforms, interactive and multimedia learning experiences, and advanced analytics tools for tracking course performance and user engagement. The platform was to be hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Kubernetes and auto-scaling to ensure high availability and security.

Challenges included implementing a personalized social feed for users, which required sophisticated machine learning algorithms to provide relevant content. Ensuring data security was critical, and we implemented robust encryption and secure protocols to protect user information. Market research played a vital role in understanding user needs, shaping the platform's features and user interface. Managing a large volume of user-generated content necessitated efficient moderation tools and scalable storage solutions. Additionally, assembling a talented team with expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, and educational technology was essential. The project demanded agile development practices and effective project management to meet tight deadlines and deliver a high-quality product. Finally, optimizing the platform for high user engagement and seamless performance under varying loads was crucial to its success.
